Hazniza has conducted corporate training for various industries namely,Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), Youth Agency, Ministry of Youth and Sport Malaysia, Biro Tata Negara, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, Majlis Belia Negeri Perak, Yayasan Dakwah Islamiah Malaysia Selangor, Ministry of Resource and Communication, Malaysia and Malaysian Industrial Development Finance (MIDF). Besides that she also conduct other training areas such as Character Building, Nation Building, Leadership Team Development, Performance Management, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Personal Development and Professional Make-up workshop workshop.Prior to that she was a certified multi skill trainer in Kementerian Pertahanan Malaysia and has conducted various programme on Leadership for 4 years. The Centre for University-Industry Link (UIL), Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) in collaboration with Learning & Development Centre of PROTON Holding Berhad proudly brings again the Graduate Excellence Assistance Training (GREAT) Programme for all practicum students session June A092 and December A101 year 2010.

GREAT Programme is organized purposely to provide a guidance and training for students that will undergo practicum. GREAT develops the soft-skills and interpersonal skills of students which will contribute to their employability.

Module 1 and 2 of GREAT programmes shall be conducted by experts from PROTON Holdings Berhad, Shah Alam, Selangor. This programme will consist of three (3) parts which are :

i.  Module 1 of GREAT : Paving Your Career

GREAT programme Module 1 is organize purposely to expose students with Career Planning, Personality Test, Resume Presentation, Interviewing skills, Networking and Employer Expectations towards creating employable graduating students. The tentative of GREAT Programme Module 1 is as follows :
